Ever needed to add or remove a program in safe mode?
In its default settings the windows installer does not run in safe mode, however punch the below into the command prompt and the installer service will work!
REG ADD “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\MSIServer” /VE /T REG_SZ /D “Service” net start msiserver
